to re-launch at Proud Camden Monday 7th December

ILUVLIVE has been out of a home for the last month with the closure of Bar Rumba but the good news is we have now confirmed Proud Camden as our new home starting fortnightly in December and then weekly in January 2010.

Proud Camden moved to its new premises in April 2008 and is a bar, gallery and live music venue. Known for its commitment to programming and supporting the best in new live music, Proud Camden has played to host to bands as diverse a Dirty Pretty Things, Turin Breaks, LiIthal Bizzle and VV Brown. ILUVLIVE will occupy the South Gallery for our intimate weekly sessions with the possibility of moving to the main room for our twice yearly Specials.

The infamous ILUVLIVE Specials will now feature the best acts that have performed at ILUVLIVE over the previous six months alongside a headline act.

Performing live at the opening night on 7th December are Gracious K, Maverick, Sabre, Natalie May, Karl Hinds and Kazz. 21st December will feature Street Politiks, Clement Marfo, Fumin, Genesis Elijah (and Giggs tbc). Add host with the most, Ras Kwame (BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra) and Twin B behind the decks and you have two nights definitely not to be missed!

Leon Jean Marie, Tinchy Stryder, Ndubz, Jessie, Roll Deep, Donaeo, DJ Ironik, Crazy Cousinz, Ms Dynamite , Natty, Cocknbullkid, Laura Izibor, Wretch 32 , Street Politiks, MPHO, Tubby T, Sway, Plan B, Eska, Gracious K, Shystie, Fumin, The Stow, Katy B and The Thirst grace the ILUVLIVE stage alongside some of the UK’s most promising new talent.
